Extruded polystyrene foam board for thermal insulation
PNP 200 MG
PNP 200 MG is a high-performance thermal insulation material (latest generation XPS) manufactured from general-purpose polystyrene
Product desription
A special type of boards designed for use under plaster or tile finish. The boards have a milled rough surface with grooves, which improves the adhesion of plaster and adhesive compounds to the material surface.
Application
SM EN 13164:2014+A1:2016 (EN 13164:2012+A1:2015)
Specifications / standards
Based on our current knowledge, this product does not contain: - substances restricted under REACH (Annex XVII of the Regulation); - substances of very high concern (SVHC) as listed in Authorisation List (Annex XIV of the REACH regulation), especially HBCDD — hexabromocyclododecane — brominated flame retardant with high ecotoxicity; - substance listed in the Candidate List of SVHC for authorisation, published by the European Chemicals Agency in concentration above 0,1% (w/w). During the production of thermal insulation materials PNP no ozone-depleting blowing agents are used.

Key features / Advantages
Cars and other vehicles intended for the transport of PNP 200 MG boards must be free of dirt and debris, as well as free of objects that may interfere with loading. The floor must be level and free from damage. The sides must be strong enough to prevent lateral tilting and shifting of the load while driving. The vehicle intended for loading the PNP 200 MG boards must not have any protrusions longer than 5 cm, which could damage the load in direct contact with it.
Transporting
PNP 200 MG boards should be stored indoors, at least one meter away from sources of fire and high temperatures. It is allowed to store outdoors in a plastic wrap that protects the boards from ultraviolet rays, or under a canopy. For outdoor or sheltered storage, the boards should be stacked on pallets.
